The CHALLENGE.

Panels.ca operates in a traditionally relationship-driven construction industry where growth has historically been built through word-of-mouth, long-standing networks, and repeat commercial partnerships.
While the company had strong technical expertise in panelized construction systems, engineered accuracy, and large-scale build capabilities, its digital presence did not reflect this level of sophistication. As a result, key challenges emerged.
